Our company registration number is SC203459. The terms ‘you’ or ‘customer’ refer to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Prices

Upon request of a quote, all prices will be quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclusive of carriage and VAT.

If, in error, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.

Every possible effort is taken to ensure that product prices quoted are correct. Unfortunately changes can occur at short notice and Sports Test Equip Ltd retains the right to amend prices, or to refuse acceptance of a customer purchase order.

Orders

To confirm an order, the customer must return a signed copy of a quotation provided or a purchase order, having been supplied a quote after submitting a quotation request.

Orders will not be deemed to have been received nor confirmed if neither of the above are provided.

Payment

Invoices upon which payments are made will be issued following order confirmation from the buyer.

Payment of invoices must be made prior to goods being released for shipping.

Delivery

Delivery times define the length of time in which an order will take to arrive at the buyers address following collection from the sellers address.

Delivery times are advised and not guaranteed.

Delivery fees will be outlined in all quotes.

Delivery times are subject to vary between different buyer locations therefore expected delivery schedules and tracking information will be supplied to the customer at the time of shipping.

Upon delivery of items at a customer’s address, the customer should not sign the courier’s acceptance receipt form unless the customer has opened the package, inspected the items and deemed that they are in proper condition.

If a package is visibly damaged or is suspected of having been damaged, the customer should either refuse to accept delivery or the courier delivery person should be asked to thoroughly check the contents in the presence of the customer. If the delivery person refuses to wait whilst the package is opened and inspected or if there is any doubt in relation to the integrity of the package the customer should refuse to accept delivery.

If the customer fails to follow these instructions and a package is signed for as received in good condition and subsequently it is found the goods are damaged it will not be possible to offer compensation.

Lead times

Lead times define the length of time in which an order will be ready from the time of order to being ready for shipping

Lead times will be stated at the time of providing a quote.

Sports Test Equip reserves the right to extend the lead time of any product before and after an order has been confirmed.

Many of our products are made to order, therefore lead times are subject to change between different orders and products.
